DoxyClean 0.2

I just uploaded a new version of DoxyClean. Highlights:

Added support for protocols
Fixed spacing on protocol declarations for data types
Added a "last updated" timestamp at the bottom of object pages
Added mouse-over tooltips to Tasks links

Also, for anyone who's using DoxyClean in any capacity, I'd love to hear from you. What features do you need (other than cross-class linking. I'm working on that!)? Please, leave me a comment with any requests you've got!

When the script is executed with no arguments, there is no message at all. Can you add the usage message instead ? I saw that there is a usage function in the code, but it seems to be unused.

I intend to investigate in in few days what need to be added in your script for my own use. Depending of my available time, I might help for some features.

Matt - playing with Doxyclean a bit. Looks much better than the stock Doxygen html. Safari's complaining that it can't locate the tooltips.js file - looks like it's missing from the distribution.

Matt - I'm really liking Doxyclean now that I've playing with it for parts of the last 24 hours. Here are a few things I'd love to see in future revisions, if you've still got time to develop on this.
1. Display of non-class items, like enums and #defines.
2. Support for Doxygen tags like \todo and \note - these obviously aren't present in Apple's docs but I think there useful and I'd like to see displayed in the clean style you're generating.
I don't think this last one is a DoxyClean issue as much as it is a Doxygen issue, but how do you get categories to show up under the category header? All my categories are showing up as classes.
